Grape Salad Parfait

Yields: 7 parfaits      Serving Size: 1 parfait  Grape Salad Parfait_3X3

Ingredients:

2 lbs. Grapes (Red or Green)

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1 c. Sour Cream

½ c. White Sugar

1 t. Vanilla Extract

1 c. Brown Sugar (optional)

1 c. Pecans, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Clean and de-stem grapes
  2. Let grapes stand to dry
  3. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  4. Beat on high mixer until smooth
  5. Fold grapes into mixture
  6. In small bowl, mix brown sugar and pecans (Optional)
  7. Dish 1 cup of Grape Salad into dish.
  8. Top with brown sugar and pecan mixture (Optional)
